Orders over £25 receive Free Shipping. Standard Deliveries within the United Kingdom usually arrive within 3-5 working days. All orders are shipped Monday - Friday, excluding bank holidays and public holidays. We aim to despatch all orders on the same day. Please note, orders can be subject to a delay in despatch during busy periods or restock days. All other orders that are under £25 will be charged a delivery fee. During busy or sale periods please allow between 3-5 days from the day of purchase for your order to arrive. We ship via DPD LOCAL,  HERMES & Royal Mail which provides a secure and easily trackable method of shipping. If your package gets lost in transit, we will do all we possibly can to assist you. We cannot be held responsible for packages once proof of delivery is generated. Once the carriers have hold of the package, we cannot be responsible for shipped and delivered items that have been lost or stolen.
